- If you have a PS2/PS3 Eyetoy, but don't want to go and spend $30+ dollars on a new webcam, then this is for you. If you have a PS3 Eyetoy I believe it PNP compliant and thus compatible with most operating systems. Simply plug it in and you should be set!
- To install, youll have to enter in (Windows + X) (device management / maybe manager, my windows is in pt-br) doble click on the 'ps3 usb camera-b4.09.24.1' on the Driver tab, click update driver, and specify the path yourself for the path you unzipped the PS3 camera Driver.

Ps3 Eye As Webcam On Pc
The NUI Group has been working hard to bring the PS3 Eye to windows. From the factory, this device has pretty impressive specs, but no windows drivers. After a bit of hacking, they’ve developed a driver for it and released it on their forums. The main reason they are so interested in it is that it can capture full frame at 60 frames per second, making it perfect for multi touch sensing. Now that they’ve got it working with windows, they’re working on a custom PS3 Eye filter for touchlib.
